I have been training for the Gothenburg marathon (which actually got cancelled, but that's another story!), so a friend gifted me a short sports massage session here. I have clocked up just over 900 miles by now and I know that I don't stretch enough, so my legs were obviously pretty used and sore. Andy, the masseur, was amazing, so attentive, and really made me and my legs feel refreshed, even if all we had were 30 minutes. The facilities were also very nice, chill music, a very good vibe.

Andy was so kind and patient as he spoke with me before the massage. He was attentive and explained the importance of communication during the massage. He massage was one of the best I have had! Afterwards we spoke about what he found and gave me ways of helping myself. I will for sure return!
