I received a deep tissue massage and I found it really sore I've never had that type before but wouldn't recommend it . I would defo go for another type next time

The only negative is that it was slightly hard to find the location. Other than that it was great. My appointment was with Tara, very friendly and welcoming. She gave me time to explain my sore areas and she was able to focus and adapt the massage to suit. Was booked in for a sweadish massage but tara highlighted that would be enough to fix my pain so she gave me a deep tissue massage which was great. Would recommend
