Had a great facial session at Desire. Therapist seemed experience and qualified. She done consultation & explained start to end procedure according to my skin needs, facial session lasted 1 hour with mix of different steps included extractions with extractor and followed by face & neck relaxing massage. Which was mix of of deep cleansing & relaxing. She told me before ahead that extraction for blackheads and whitehead is uncomfortable to painful, I agreed to go ahead. I must say, I have done like this kind of BEST facial after ages. As I do regularly facials so I can tell difference between Best & worst. Highly Recommended on affordable price.

Was reluctant to post but feel it’s important to let others know. Very disappointed. Could’ve done the same thing to my own skin at home. Steamer on for less than one minute, face mask on for 20 minutes and had to ask her to get the whiteheads under my nose. Left with whiteheads still. Would rather spend more and have a proper deep cleanse facial. Would not recommend.
