The lady who did my wax was absolutely lovely - really chatty and made me feel so comfortable! The wax itself was thorough and quick. It was one of the more painful waxes I've had, but I don't think that was fault of the lady's technique. Really reasonable price too, compared to what I'm used to paying elsewhere!
