Treatwell allowed me to book AND pay for this service only for me to show up at the venue and be told that, the therapist does not actually work there and hasn’t done for a while. I tried calling the therapist on the mobile number provided on Treatwell only to have it go straight to voicemail. Also, I was unable to cancel on Treatwell for my refund due to it being <48 hours from the appointment time. Appalling service all round and Treatwell Customer Service is disgusting.
