Good service and end result was good. However, the stylist I initially booked wasn’t there. Someone else took over and serviced two people at once.

This is in general brilliant value for money, the people are lovely, the only downside is the do not speak much English so if you want something specific it's quite difficult to explain. I went in hoping for some very light, natural highlights, i didn't want them too noticeable so asked for not many. The lady smiled and nodded and did a good job in terms of highlighting but it wasn't really what I asked for, she did lots and lots of very obvious highlights. My hair looks great so I'm happy and the lady was lovely but that is the only downside, I had let my hair grow out deliberately to get a more natural look! :/

I have been here twice now, mainly drawn by the price, however I won’t be attending again. It seems that they accept all bookings and try to squeeze everyone in. Both times I had to wait about an hour before they started my appointment, this made my recent visit very stressful as I had an event to attend that afternoon. I had asked for an ombré to be natural and similar to the colour I already had at the end of my hair - but came away with some VERY blonde patches which look like 90s highlights. I was so stressed and exhausted by the time I left (4 hours after arriving), that I didn’t have the energy to complain, I just wanted to leave.
The staff are nice but clearly everything is done there on a budget which means results are not good.

They had new staff, not the usual people. The lady (who could not speak any English) took two and a half hours to do my lashes and after all that, it didn’t even look nice. She had cut the lashes so they looked blunt and horrible. They are also on my eyelid so it is uncomfortable. Will not be going here again.
