Stephanie was friendly and professional she throughout. My hair looks and feels great and the price was very good value for the quality and standard of treatment I received.
Stephanie was very busy and so was running a bit late but she still each of her clients her full attention.

The venue, ambience and staff were wonderful and I would heartily recommend the saloon to anyone coming in for other treatments, however my perm left me with some vague waves, rather than the curls expected.
I honestly don't think this salon should offer Brazilian blow out services. There is such poor ventilation in the salon that I was repeatedly asked to stand outside mid service, and it was cold and raining on the day, which was really unpleasant. They would open the outside door, but because there is a shared space with a restaurant, the restaurant patrons were becoming too cold and would close the door. Thus, I was asked to stand outside.
The solution they used was clearly harsh based on the fumes, the way it made my eyes tear, and the fact that the technician was wearing gloves and a mask. Because she was wearing rubber gloves, she kept tearing at my hair which was really uncomfortable. She was extremely rough with my hair, repeatedly burned my ears with the flat iron, and didn't have enough English to properly communicate what she needed from me. It's unfortunate to leave this review as the salon is really clean and other services looked to be great. However, in my opinion they need to improve their ventilation, or use a more gentle Brazilian blowout solution.
I was also charged an additional surcharge at the salon for use of more product. I had already paid extra for the long hair service, so was a bit frustrated to have to pay extra again, particularly after being asked repeatedly to stand outside in the cold/rain.
With that said, I'm happy with the results. But because of the experience I had at the salon, I probably won't return.
