it was my first ever and it was great. the salon was quiet, the lady was attentive and the result was great
Did not understand what I was saying so couldn’t clearly tell them what I wanted. Also was more expensive on Treatwell than it is on there website?
Generally a bit of a disorganised salon, appointment was late by 15-20 mins, they thought I was having foil colours when I wanted just a wash, cut and dry and there was no real discussion about what I’d like done possibly due to the lady cutting my hair spoke very little English and I felt I should show a picture. Very nice lady tho and liked the haircut in the end. Tried to charge me more for the cut (asked for £50 when is was agreed £40 on Treatwell app). Got the feeling they don’t check the app much.
Best looking lashes I have ever gotten. They look so natural but make a big difference. Love the finished look.
