Excellent, a lady called Antonia did my hair, very little english but excellent hairdresser and very warm and friendly.
Not a great experience- booked an appointment late one evening for the following morning. I had read from an earlier review that they might not have picked up the appointment through their emails so I tried to call and text them ten minutes before the appointment time to confirm but no answer for either.
When I arrived, two workers were sitting chatting and seemed surprised that someone should come into the salon. I asked about my appointment but they didn’t know about it and spoke limited English. I really don’t mind about that but things definitely got lost in translation!
I explained I was there for a haircut and blow dry and one lady told another to wash my hair. They tried to have me get my hair washed before telling them what I wanted to have done. I’ve never been to a hairdressers where they only look at your hair when it’s wet?! When i questioned this, everything got very confused and so I took my £45 and left... I was not sold on letting these people loose on my hair!
The women seemed nice enough, but there definitely was a language barrier and disorganisation.
I thought the lady did a really good job but I wasn't a fan of the window looking out to the world!
