Simple and Efficient. I did struggle a bit as staff was not very familiar with English but, is manageable.

Staff member could not really speak english so had to communicate what i wanted through another employee.

I loved the end product of gorgeous eyelash extensions but had a bit of a snafu with the process when my eyelashes stuck together. Stephanie was really helpful and remained calm and we managed to get it back to normal eventually. She also gave me a complimentary brow and lip wax for the trouble. No frills salon which does the job! Recommend.
