I wasn't seen till 25mins after my actual apointment time. The staff at the front desk were rude and not really interested, and the waiting area was not the most inviting.

The venue is very easy to find, and very close to Baker Street station. The therapist was lovely and put me at ease. The salon where it is based looks a bit dated, but the good valued treatment price made up for it.
