Marilyn was fantastic. She told me the truth in a straight forward manner. She explained things and made them easy for me to digest (mind the pun!). Within 2 weeks I had lost a third of a stone. It is been a year now and I have made dramatic changes to my life, found a girlfriend, started a new job and most importantly I am happy. I have lost 3 stones and thanks to her valuable advise I can now indulge on a chocolate now and then. But the cravings have gone.
