The whole process was 4 and a half hours which is exactly what it said on the website. My braids do not hurt or feel tight in the slightest. Mackie Lu was very friendly and even gave me her email if I had any questions about maintaining my braids.

My little girl cries whenever I do anything with her hair but, not a tear drop in sight when her hair was being done. She has mixed race hair which tangles at the slightest opportunity. So I took her over for a silk press, she was given a trim and treatment.
I must say since she had her hair done, it’s been easier to manager and boy does she have a lot of hair. I am really grateful to the team for looking after us and ensuring we were comfortable. Excellent service all round.
