Mackie is a god sent.This is the first time my daughter had her hair done and she wasn’t crying. She had a bad relaxer done at another salon which resulted in her hair shedding and matting so bad. Mackie took 3 hours detangling her hair, she did lose some ends but it was expected since the end was really damaged. This Pink brush she uses is remarkable. I suggest everyone gets one. But overall my daughters experience was by far the best.

I’m actually quite heartbroken. I had a full head of previously relaxed hair at least 4 inches past shoulder length. When having soft locs removed my hair was still in the separated braids they were placed in but Mackie ripped out most of my hair claiming she was detangling it. She used a rough brush on wet hair claiming this is how it’s done. Puts my hair in ponytail- I get home and half my hair is gone! Years of growth & money gone. Appointment also hour late. Softlocs were bulky not as photo

I’ve being with mackie for the past 3 years and my hair is frowning healthy and very long. She knows how to get the job down and never disappoints
