The wax was good and thorough, including going over threading to find any missed hair. 1 star taken off because when I arrived for my 11am appointment, it was closed so I had to wait in my car for 15minutes

I was seen by Jassi, and she made me feel so comfortable - especially as it was my first hollywood wax ever! I would definitely recommend both this treatment and this establishment. The only issue may be accessibility as I had to walk down a steep staircase to the treatment room.
