Therapist dropped wax in my right eye which cause severe pain and redness, seems not bothered by saying it’s just a wax. Was not expecting this kind of behaviour from professional. Reported to Treatwell and staff were unprofessional.

I usually enjoy going here for treatments but on this occasion I felt rushed because the had double booked. They paused one treatment to do mine. I didn’t noticed till later strips on hair on my inner thigh was still there.
