I can’t rate Jan, because it wasn’t her who did it. It was 3 of them who work on my hair on different stages. In the end one of the girl tried to dry it, but after gave up and said to let it air dry. They said that it will get curlier when dry. Unfortunately it didn’t happen and front looks almost straight (just a bit wavy). My only hope is that it will get better after I wash it in few days.
Pros: my hair is still soft on touch and doesn’t look to be damaged.
Cons: the final result.
