First time there, but I think I'll be back for the next time I need my hair done. Everyone really nice; prices were affordable. Also, seemed quite clean and I noticed the staff used hand sanitizer frequently which is great to see in these times! Brazilian blowout looks nice and although my haircut seems a bit uneven, it is an improvement!

I absolutely adore Diamond Hair & Beauty. I always have a fabulous experience here - very professional and experienced but also warm and kind. Without fail Jan always gives me a fabulous haircut - I love it! <3
Jan will also take her time and experience to sit with her clients and advise on colour. I also have a toner, which gives a beautiful gloss to the hair, too, helped my the most amazing, long-lasting blow dry <3

It was great. However I was 20 min late and while I understand if they're upset and needing to rush through the appointment through to the next one, I asked Jan if she could skip using the brush on my hair to save time and I don't think the comms were clear, because she did still do half head before I repeated the point. At the end I just wanted my side fringe corrected before I left, got a charged
you were late and someone else is waiting" but I was understanding so no need to stress things
