Therapist was almost 20 minutes late. No towel to hide my dignity, I had to find one myself. I was then told that a bikini wax does not include the top, only sides but on this occasion, I could have the top waxed. I've had bikini waxes in other salons and this had never been highlighted as an issue. However, treatment was very cheap so I guess you get what you pay for.
