hairdresser didn’t pay attention to what I was asking for, I showed her my old pic to show her what I wanted but she didn’t show interest and started cutting hair without even showing me how much hair is she taking off. Everywhere else I go they always show what hair length will they take off but this lady did not! I had to ask her twice but she was in a rush to finish the job. She did the same when cutting the fringe.
Worst part was she didn’t make it clear that what I was asking comes under re-styling and charges will be different. Usually hairdressers make rates clear before they start cutting your hair.

Had to wait nearly half an hour then after my daughter's ears had been pierced we discovered that the lotion for the aftercare of the ear-piercing was not included in the price but an extra £5 for a small bottle which I think is a bit of a cheek when it's essential to the process. Obviously as the ears had been pierced by that point we had to buy it. Glad it was a one-off event.
