Katelyn took time to go through every aspect of the colour choices explaining the effects of each and she did the same with the cut and having a fringe put in. She also gave recommendations which was really helpful whilst having all the options clearly explained. My daughter has ASD and can find certain situations intimidating but Katelyn put her at ease and have her the confidence e to say exactly what she wanted.
