She wouldn't listen to what I wanted. I told her five times I wanted my fringe shorter and she cut millimetres off it
it. I then had to endure over 20 minutes of blow drying and fussing and my hair still looked awful. This is the first time I've ever had a problem with a hairdresser but it's a terrible cut
