Online details for mini pedicure states "Perfect for removing hard dead skin cells from your feet." Yet only my cuticles/nail polish were attended to, not feet, no exfoliation, nothing. I was informed that I had to upgrade to 'luxury' pedicure for this even though site clearly states 'perfect for removing hard dead skin cells from your feet", This salon is oblivious to customer consideration and consumer rights. When I complained I was informed it was the fault of Treatwell and not them
