Lovely staff who made me feel very welcome. Unfortunately cannot comment on balayage as only had a cut and blow dry in the end but Chloe did a great job and will definitely be back.

Very good value balayage which was really nicely applied, staff were lovely and friendly. Colour was initially great but now has a bit of a ginger tinge to it despite using toner, not sure why. Happy overall though

The people were nice however having spent £120 for a balayage, it wasn't what I wanted, for someone who rarely goes to the hairdressers; it was quite average. Which is disappointing as I read such great reviews about Chloe and the team. Even though they kindly took the time to understand what I wanted and tell me it wasn't achievable.
I just popped into Toni & Guy and they said they'll be able to give me the look I want and could have done it in one go. Now I am in a dilemma of whether to fork more money out on my hair. It's a nice place, with nice people but I feel like it was a waste of money as I didn't get what I wanted.

Friendly staff, chilled atmosphere, good products, buuuut, there is one thing, that was making me nervous. Hairdresser girl, seems not to know how to take care after hair in general. She was brushing my wet and damp hair from roots till the ends, even though I did have some tangles. She didn't try to brush them out first, which would be more logical. Also, she was using the hottest air on the hairdryer, and literally drying my hair with the heat. So you can imagine what damage to the hair it might provide.

I'm in love with my new balayaged hair! Thanks Chloe, it's perfect! The salon and the other ladies are also lovely. Will 100% be back.
