First ever facial and was really happy with it- will def come back!

The beautician was really nice, she appreciated my need for silence at certain points, but was happy to have a conversation as well.
The wax was more painful than I’m used to, and there’s a group of hairs left on my leg, and a couple others dotted around. She didn’t do a last check to see if there were any stray hairs left.
Overall it was good, but not great
