Did a Holywood wax after almost 3 months of doing nothing...and it was painless and super quick! Aida made me feel super at home and comfortable! She used great quality wax which made the entire procedure smooth sailing. Definitely will be my regular beautician from now on! Great service and price too!

The masseuse was very friendly and attentive, though the massage lasted a bit shorter than the full hour.
It is a bit hard to find the spa location in the gym.

The beautician was really nice, she appreciated my need for silence at certain points, but was happy to have a conversation as well.
The wax was more painful than I’m used to, and there’s a group of hairs left on my leg, and a couple others dotted around. She didn’t do a last check to see if there were any stray hairs left.
Overall it was good, but not great
