This was not my first visit and I shall be going again. The treatment room could do with just a little updating.

I had a wax with Sharna who was very friendly and did the job well. And a facial with Aida who was lovely. The experience of the facial was very relaxing and the face and arm massage was great. Although I would have liked more time spent on the actual extraction part.

Total waste of time & money. I have had Brazilian waxes all over the world for 15 years & this was by far the worst I have ever had. The lady repeatedly didn't pull the wax off properly, yanking my skin which was painful & has left bruises. She also left hair everywhere. Luckily I have a wax kit at home so did it myself as soon as I got home (I only booked to go to a salon to get the areas I can't reach myself easily) so was able to remove all the hairs left everywhere, but obviously am still left with bruises from the incapable beautician. I've never had training waxing & have never managed to not pull off a strip & leave myself with bruises; it's hardly difficult to do right. So for someone who's apparently qualified & does it regularly, to do that repeatedly is honestly unbelievable. Needless to say I will absolutely not me going back ever & am very irritated I've paid for a painful experience leaving me covered in bruises & hair.
