Emma was totally and utterly brilliant. She was so sweet and polite. A pleasure to work with. She was great doing my undercut and noticed misalignments from when a barber had done it previously. She was so lovely and transformed my hair and made me feel like a princess walking out of the salon. She has a great attention to detail and is a polite, sweet person. She is very normal and nice. I will come again, as I can get just as good a haircut in my neighbourhood than I would in Dalston.
