The tint and shape was great - in the end. I didn't know that I had to come in for a patch test, as I didn't read my confirmation email. What I feel could be improved, is that no one from the salon called me about this patch test prior to my treatment, so I arrived for my tint and was told it couldn't be done. I had made childcare arrangements, so this was frustrating.
However, the ladies fitted me in two days later, and the treatments themselves were great.

Head Massage
Staff were absolutely lovely and chatty. My nails looked great after the treatment. The paraffin bath was too hot for me so I found that bit uncomfortable rather than relaxing, but that might just be me.
Manicure
Had Louise for an Eyebrow Thread, wasn't too sure what to expect as I have had bad threading experiences in the past.
Explained to Louise what I liked/ didn't like and she took it all in. She was super friendly, very patient, made the whole experience relaxing and took the time to work on my brows, not rushing at all like previous salons. Highly recommend!
