Staff were friendly and very chatty. Nice ambience. However, wax didn't turn out very well and wax was left on my skin afterwards. I would have appreciated some wax lotion after to take off any excess wax.

I've had several massages here and they're always of excellent quality. The only thing I could suggest to improve is the ambience, as sometimes you can hear people talking or banging doors in the building which ruins the relaxing atmosphere.
