I had gone for a wellbeing massage which included (as it says on the website and the clinic's booklet) body, face and scalp massage. However I was only provided with body massage and when I enquired (both with my therapist and the manager), they said that the information on the website is wrong and that Treatwell may have made a mistake about including the face and scalp massage in the treatment. They were adamant that I was wrong despite me telling them I had received scalp and face massage along with body massage at my earlier appointment and also showed them their own booklet which includes these two as well.
The body massage was average.
The 'bed' (or stretcher) was creaking the entire time which wasn't relaxing at all!
