She didnt rip the wax of particurly quickly it sort of came off in lumps. No problem with the therapist just dont think the wax was very good quality

Really great experience - I was nervous about having a dramatic change in hair style but they were attentive and spent more than the allocated time to make sure my hair looked great!

Very good for the price, and a good result. Quite a 'no frills' approach though - for example I had to apply my own oil/lotion afterwards with my hands to remove the excess wax! And the therapist came back into the room to prepare for the next person before I had finished and wasn't dressed yet. Other than that the result is good and thorough, and a good price.
