Had an amazing Hollywood Wax at Dima Beautiful - I'd never been here before but thought I would try it out after my usual place changed their prices.
The salon itself is lovely - beautifully decorated, very clean and has a really calm atmosphere. The staff were all really friendly and chatty, I had to wait 20 minutes because they were overrunning but this didn't bother me - I was offered a glass of water while I waited.
The wax itself was amazing - really thorough and, while not painless (that's never going to be possible!), one of the least painful waxes I've had. The only thing that slightly let it down was that I had to pay a £6 surcharge for the beautician to trim the hair before she waxed it, and this was not communicated to me beforehand. But the quality of the treatment outweighed this detail so I don't mind too much!
