Everything was okay until the end.
The salon is really nice and clean.
The girl who did the wax was very nice and explained everything about the procedure which I thought was really good. The wax was okay.
She had to trim my hair as I wasn’t allowed to wax for 6 weeks. When it was done she told me to go to the till which confused me as I had already payed online. Turned out I had to pay £8 for the trim. I was so baffled that I couldn’t even argue. I’m sorry but I have been to a lot of waxing places and never have I ever had to pay for a trim. Let alone £8. Good customer service would have been to make me aware of this extra charge before she started trimming. But even after the wax she left it to her colleague at the till to tell me this. This information should be clearly stated on Treatwell. If I would’ve knows this I would have trimmed the hair myself. I definitely won’t be back.
