I am thoroughly pleased with my experience at Dima Beautfiful.
Staff are wonderful, friendly, professional and were able to advise on my treatments and haircut.
I made a mistake by booking the wrong thing online and they did not mind one bit and changed it for me.
Klarissa who cut my hair did a super job and made my hai look lovely and gave me some great advice on caring for it, and I am so pleased with my eyebrows and eyelashes that Nadia did. I was nervous as I had never had these treatments before, but Nadia put me at ease and explained it to me. I am so pleased and will 100% be going back.
It is a really lovely, clean and stylish salon, and the prices are very reasonable. Also some great film recommendations!

Very poor first time customer experience. Staff were friendly on the initial appointment but gel was very thin and chipped after two days. When I asked to come back to get this fixed they were very unhelpful and refused to give me a specific time. They are now ignoring my messages and have refused to give any refund.
