I went here today for a deluxe spa manicure. When I arrived the salon was empty and baking hot (granted I could have asked them to turn the heat down but didn't). They didn't know what I had booked in for and also when I went to use the loo the lights didn't work. So all in all not the best start. The actual manicure itself was average, they left out the hand scrub and the Thai mask which are meant to be included in the £25 and when doing my cuticle I feel like the lady scraped off the top layer of my nails rather than the cuticles themselves. During the manicure she answered her phone and was then texting on it when my nails were drying- not a huge issue but not great customer service. She also forgot to buff a nail and had to redo two nails and then didn't bother putting a base coat on them. Then I had to point out that my nails were streaky, which to her credit she was able to sort of fix. All in all I just wasn't at all impressed, mostly by the fact that they missed out two of the things I paid for. I won't be going back, could have done just as good a job myself at home for free.

Stumbled upon this gem in Tooting Bec today. Probably the best eyebrow threading I’ve had in London. Feny was great at shaping my eyebrows! Just what I was hoping for.
