I was late because of issues on the tube but I called ahead and they were really understanding. I booked a leg and bikini strip wax but was told when I arrived that they only do Lycon hot wax for bikini line and I would have to pay £10 extra. I think they should remove strip wax bikini line from their Treatwell services if they don't offer this because it's just false advertising. That said, I've never had a hot wax before and I did prefer it. Both waxes were also excellent and really quick.
