No music and room not sound proof, meaning it was not the relaxing environment I was hoping for. Massage itself also left me in considerable pain afterwards and was not enjoyable at all.

Booked this massage for my boyfriend on his birthday as I had to work and couldn’t spend all day with him, with his name down on the booking, he turned up to the venue early and was told that no one was available to provide the treatment and that it had to be rearranged. I have tried to contact the venue but not had any luck.
