The waxing was done in a very messy way, the wax was all over my body, paper sticking to it. Oil was just applied for the sake of it

While waxing my underarms, she legit took peeled off some skin. And the way she was doing it was super painful
The same case with upperlip, while waxing she was super rough, came back with my lips swollen
