I never leave bad reviews but really bad experience. I travelled quite far to appt & arrived there to find only one hairdresser & she didn’t speak English. I explained I booked t section highlights through Treatwell but she didn’t understand this, she didn’t speak enough English for me to have a conversation about my hair or what I wanted to ask any questions. It wouldn’t have been so bad if there were other hairdressers there too who could speak English. I therefore had no choice but to cancel

I specifically said I just wanted a trim, as last time the hairdresser had done a lot of layers which I hate. We agreed on around 2cm cut and sadly I ended up with even more layers that I had before, to the point where my hair is in a V shape. Sadly I cannot afford to get another haircut so will have to put up with this. Am in tears about it for days. I didn’t notice on the day as the hairdresser did a blow out with a lot of curls which looked nice but with my hair straight is absolutely sad.
