not sure what therapist i had but the lady did not apply any pressure whatsoever. i kept telling her to apply more pressure, she did not listen at all! it was the worst massage ive ever had in my life, the BIGGEST waste of £65 EVER. an hour and a half of completely nothing. a deep tissue massage is supposed to be your hands and forearm and elbow, she only used her hands! did not listen to me at all. will NEVER come back again. EVER.

This is the fourth neck, shoulder and back massages I get at Dimple. I have chronic shoulder pain since being infected with Covid for the second time. The massages have been helping so much. As soon as I start having a bit of pain I get a massage and it all goes away. The therapists have all been great: skillful and attentive! They all spend time on the area where I have pain and work their magic. I'm really grateful that the prices are affordable too.
Back, Neck & Shoulders Massage
I’m a bit disappointed because my treatment should have included a shoulder, neck, head massage and facial. And all I got was the facial. I specifically chose this treatment because of the massage too. And generally facials include a head massage with it. There was definitely time to do the massage as I lay waiting for my mask to dry for 10 minutes, which is definitely when the massage though have been done? My face itself feels better, but unfortunately I did not leave satisfied:/
