I never leave bad reviews but really bad experience. I travelled quite far to appt & arrived there to find only one hairdresser & she didn’t speak English. I explained I booked t section highlights through Treatwell but she didn’t understand this, she didn’t speak enough English for me to have a conversation about my hair or what I wanted to ask any questions. It wouldn’t have been so bad if there were other hairdressers there too who could speak English. I therefore had no choice but to cancel
