The room for facial treatments is very very basic and quite dirty and sadly the treatment was basic too. The experience felt very amateur and you just lie on the bed in a cold room and not covered with a towel. Lots of errors in the facial, not covering the eyes quick enough when the steam comes on, steamer only steaming one side of the face.

I’ve been using Dimples for years they always try to accommodate clients for ‘walk in’ as well as pre-booked appointments, I have never been turned away. The staff are friendly and efficient so you are in and out in no time. Also thorough and good technique, lots of experience.
