Salon didn’t seem to know I had a booking - was all very confused at the start. Very scruffy salon, run down and all torn chairs and quite dirty. Pedi wasn’t great, didn’t get much hard skin removed, massage was nice though. Didn’t really come out feeling refreshed.
I am so pleased with my highlights, Tallita took her time to rescue my hair after I’d tried a box dye on my roots during lockdown (never again) lifting the gingery tones and returning my hair to its usual light blonde- I feel myself again! She was much more generous on the number of foils than I’ve experienced elsewhere, resulting in really good coverage and great colour. She also applied a hair mask for me at the end which I’m so impressed with that I have bought the product for myself.
Ladies were lovely but I will not be returning to Dimples. Boiler was broken so they wet my hair, skipped the wash and started cutting. I then asked for the same haircut I always ask for in other salon but the method of cutting was very different at Dimples and I now have bouncy, feathery, 70s layers which will take a good few months to grow out. So sad to have not enjoyed my experience at Dimples.
