I don’t like to leave bad reviews but I was very shocked at this venue.
I was asked to come half an hour later than my booking because they had someone else in the room which was fine but then even then there was someone else in the room getting a massage - in the same tiny little room that I was about to be waxed! They just closed a flimsy little curtain.
The worst part however was that the women didn’t even take off her coat to do my wax. No professional work clothes and wearing a big coat. She didn’t wear gloves and the hygiene issues meant that if I was getting a facial or intimate wax I would’ve refused and walked out.
The bed didn’t have paper on it and the pillow had stains all over it.
It was very unrelaxing, not like what I usually experience when having a treatment, and if I was the woman having a full body massage in the same room as me I would’ve been furious.
My advice to them:
Focus on having just one bed in the back room and making it an enjoyable experience for your customer, relaxing music, offer tea and coffee and buy some gloves and work wear. A customer is happy to sit and wait while you get the room and yourself ready, rather than having to stand there while you clean up the space in front of them.
