My first and last time here! Staff were nice and welcoming. However upper lip waxing was my worst waxing experience ever! The lady waxed my upper lip in 2 rounds, which as anyone with enough waxing experience can guess, resulted in serious irritation and wounds in 3 parts of my upper lip. It's been 3 days and wounds still did not get better, it hurts so much and caused me to have a terrible look over Christmas! Hope wounds do not cause permanent stains on my lips. Also the shop wasn't clean.
