Unfortunately my visit was overall quite unlucky. Not just did the treatment take double the amount of time, but it just didn’t look anything like I had asked for. I wanted natural and ‘summery’ looking beige blonde highlights and ended up with a sort of ash, platinum color. The roots looked like as if my highlights been growing out for 6 weeks already. The girl which was doing my hair was nice, but I really felt like she didn’t understand what I wanted and didn’t double check anything with me either and just did her thing. I’m sure there are a lot of treatments they may be great in, but highlights is not one of them.
