A very enjoyable visit to Dion. The staff were really friendly, and the cut was simple, fast and precise - and exactly what I asked for - one of the best cuts I've had in a while.

I had read good reviews about Dion so was looking forward to perhaps finding a local hidden gem. They don't provide any guidance on the app on what they consider to be short, medium or long hair. I had looked at other salons on the app that did provide guidance & followed that short hair was considered above the shoulder. When I arrived another stylist to the one doing my hair who had not even greeted me, turned from the customer she was styling and said I had booked the wrong length & my hair was medium. I felt this was a bit much & not dealt with well. I challenged her & said my hair didn't even come to my shoulders so not sure how that is considered medium. The wash & cut was nice but my stylist wouldn't cut the front of the bob any shorter when I asked her and she actually forgot one half of the front of my hair and I had to point it out before she did the blowdry that one side on the front had not yet been cut and was longer than the other side! The salon only take cash which is not made clear until you go to pay. Unfortunately it was lashing rain at the time & I had to go out in search of an ATM which pretty much ruined by blowdry.
