A friend bought me a session with Lily for my birthday and it was one of the best presents I’ve ever received! After about a year of nagging pain, Lily quickly located an old injury and since then I’ve been doing weekly sessions to properly treat the problem (for almost two months now). Lily is really funny and easy to chat to and strikes a perfect balance between getting to know you and letting you relax and enjoy the treatment. Her approach is really intuitive and combines traditional Chinese ideas with modern medical knowledge and techniques — you can tell she really cares about all of her clients and loves a project! I’ve been amazed at how much tension I’ve been storing in my body for so long and as the weeks pass I can really feel things shifting and improving. Would recommend Lily to anyone, whether it’s for therapeutic massage or physio treatment.

I visited Lily to improve a problem that I had with my shoulder - she has over a series of 3 weeks given me full movement in my shoulder and hopefully if I continue the prescribed exercises the arm will gain full movement.
