As always, an excellent massage, Lily identified the problem areas and worked on them with a number of techniques. I left feeling much better and my back and neck muscles were tension free and moving much easier. Over the long term Lily's work has made such a difference to a number of problems I've been suffering with for over 20 years.

I was suffering from a very painful injury in my shoulder last weekend - over a period of 4 treatments LIly has managed to reduce nearly all of the pain and given me mobility back in my arm - thank you so much - may feel like a 8-9 pain wise at the time but very beneficial. Thank you.
